The Consulting Process
What is the process for creativity consulting with the Ideas Millionaire?
It's quite easy, really.
The first thing you may want to do is make a quick list of some of the things you want help with or ideas for. Check the lists for business, art, or life ideas to get your list going. Choose one or two of the most important ones.
Then fill out this Project Application (one for each project) or call 403-981-5910 to discuss your project(s).
The application will then be reviewed (for up to 24 hours) to see if there are any other questions that need to be answered - and to make sure that there is a good fit between your need and what the Ideas Millionaire can do for you. (see Guarantee below)
You will then be e-mailed a quote on your project and an estimated time frame, together with payment details.
Once payment is received, the Ideas Millionaire gets to work doing what she does best. Drawing from a considerable range of her own creativity as well as extensive resources (personal library, internet, networking connections, etc), she will endeavor to find just the right ideas for you and your special project.
The project will then be delivered as agreed. For idea generation projects, that will usually be within five business days. Other projects as given in the quote.

GUARANTEE
While every effort will be made up front to determine if your project can be done well and in the time requested, there may very occasionally be things that don't turn out as either party expected. If you are not satisfied with the result, please let me know. (see question 4 below for more details)

1. How long will it take to come up with a creative idea?
Most project ideas are delivered within 5 business days. If you need it sooner or want to wait longer, please mention that in the application or discuss it during the initial consultation process. Some exceptions may apply depending on our project workload or on the specifics of your project.
2. How is the fee determined?
All projects start at a low base fee of $35. Price is usually determined by the hours needed to complete the project. Some projects may need special resources and will be charged accordingly. You will be given a quote for your project during the consultation phase.
3. What payment options are available?
Payment may be made
• via PayPal which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• Money order or Cashier's Cheque mailed or deliverd to Ideas Millionaire
• Cash
4. What happens if I'm not satisfied with the ideas for my project?
Every effort will be made to get the best information from you up front so that we are both clear on what is expected. Please give as many details as you can in the application. There are two revisions included in the price quote given to you. Our goal is to have you be a happy customer, so we will certainly work with you to get you the best result possible. Please allow for 2 extra business days for each revision. If in the end you are just not happy with the result, your money will be refunded.
5. How will my project be delivered?
Projects in writing will be delivered by e-mail in pdf format. You will need Acrobat Reader for the pdf - if you don't have that, it can be downloaded for free. Should you want a hard copy of your project it can be mailed to you for an additional copy & handling fee (starting at $10, and depending on the size of the project).
6. What about privacy?
Your e-mail and other information will be kept private. We hate spam as much as anyone, so we do not rent, sell or otherwise give out your information.
Your project details will also be kept private, unless you consent to give a testimonial and choose to share details in that.
