Cochrane Homecheck BASIC PACKAGE

Every visit we make to your house will include these basics:

• A general walk-through of your house just to see that everything is okay.
• A Water-Systems Check - faucets, toilets, hot-water tank.
• An Appliances Check - fridge, freezer, furnace or air-conditioner.
• Clean up any fliers or junk mail left outside.
• Water up to 10 indoor plants as needed.

Most homes will require some other things as well, so check here for a list of some of the extras which can be added to your package.
