Cochrane Homecheck CUSTOM PACKAGES

Every visit we make to your house will include the basic package, but you can also choose from any of the following to create a custom package that is just right for you.

• Collect and forward your mail
• Mow the lawn
• Water the lawn and/or garden
• Water outdoor plants
• Gardening
• Clear away snow in winter
• Housecleaning (after you leave or before you get back)
• Start/idle your vehicles
• or whatever else you feel needs to be done.

Your particular needs will be discussed with you during the initial visit, so feel free to ask about special needs that you have that are not on this list.
