How It Works
Call to make an appointment. We will come to see you at your house to go over the list of
requirements you have, to check over the house with you, and to sign an agreement.
The initial visit is FREE.
From the list you give us, we will create a checklist that we will use for each visit we
make to your home. That way you can see what we did, what problems, if any, we encountered and how we
dealt with them.
We have a list of service providers that we use (ie, electrician, plumber, etc.), but we will
also check to see if you have
service providers that you would prefer we use in case of problems.
We will need one full set of working keys (house, mailbox and car keys, if applicable).
We will need contact information for you. That way, if unexpected problems come up, we will
first attempt to contact you for instructions. If we are not able to contact you, we will contact
the appropriate service people from either your list or ours.
Invoicing will be discussed with you at the time of the initial visit.
